Our Flagship Programs

Maternal Health- Miracles Eden Mama

A comprehensive maternal health program specifically designed to support Black and underserved mothers through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum transitions. Rooted in culturally sensitive care, evidence-based strategies, and emotional empowerment — from prenatal wellness to economic mobility.

Youth Mental Health

Early-intervention behavioral health services for children and adolescents facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Our youth-centered approach integrates school-based support, family counseling, and wraparound care to nurture resilience from an early age.

Health Access & Education

Connecting individuals and families to health screenings, navigation services, preventive care, and community health education. We address social determinants of health — including housing, food access, and insurance enrollment — to close care gaps in underserved communities.

Chronic Disease Management & Education

Structured programs for individuals living with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, asthma, and other chronic conditions. Participants receive personalized care planning, health coaching, medication management support, and peer support groups to improve long-term health outcomes.

MIRACLES EDEN MAMA

Program Overview

Miracles Eden Mana is our flagship maternal health initiative — a faith-inspired, equity-driven program designed to eliminate disparities in maternal care for low income mothers and underserved families. The name reflects our belief that every mother's journey is sacred, and that every life brought into this world deserves to begin with dignity, support, and love.

The program addresses the full arc of the maternal journey — from preconception planning and prenatal wellness through labor preparation, postpartum mental health, and economic mobility — through a combination of clinical partnerships, digital resources, community education, and peer support.

Participants are matched with maternal health professionals, community health workers, and licensed counselors to build a personalized support network that reflects their cultural identity and lived experience.

Empowered Mom Bundle

A professionally designed, evidence-based digital resource curated by maternal health doctors, licensed counselors, and public health experts — specifically tailored for working mothers navigating pregnancy and early motherhood with confidence, clarity, and support. This bundle is included as part of our flagship Miracles Eden Mama to expand access to maternal health education.

Our Sliding Fee Schedule for all Community Programs

Access & Affordability — We Serve All Who Come to Our Community

----------------------------------------------------------------

We believe no one in our community should go without care because of cost. We serve ALL who come to our door. Our sliding fee schedule ensures that services are accessible regardless of income, insurance status, or ability to pay. How This Works: When program funding is available (grants, government contracts, or partner funding), services may be offered at no cost or a nominal fee. When funding is not available, participants contribute based on their income level using the scale below. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Fees are based on the annual 2025–2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL), updated each year in accordance with HHS standards — consistent with FQHC and health department best practices.
